Hendriks brought this tool to my attention. No great explanation is needed
here. I bought one and tried it out and it worked very well cutting
masking tape. The only limitation it has is it can only cut 10mm holes
(roughly 3/8") in diameter and nothing smaller. But you may
find it useful for British roundels or possibly wheel masks on larger
wheels....or maybe you just want to do a spotted formation bird from a WW2
bomber Squadron. The cost is somewhere around $US10 or a bit less and I
bought it at a hardware store. I found a hardware store that carried
OLFA products and had them special order it in for me.
