This is not a aircraft model, but it does have a very close relationship to aircraft because this is the “Frankfurt Airport’s Fire engine”.

This model is the second time I've made this kit, first was in the 1990’s at a time I did not have so much skill. This one I put into my storage a long time ago.  When open box tires are bulged, decals were getting yellow and color was out!

At that time I was very thankful to Revell Germany Ltd, as they sent me the new decal and tires to me to finished the model.

This model is very difficult to make because the plastic was soft, so I had to insert some copper wire for support or metal net to replaced the kit parts!  With the help of the new decals, my fire engine is now looking so smart and I'm glad to have it finished!
