Hi
friends of ARC. This is my Hawker Hunter built in the colours of my
country, Chile. This particular aircraft belongs to the Grupo Nș 8 of the Chilean Air
Force (FACH) based in Cerro
Moreno
Airport, in Antofagasta
city, located in the north of the country (desert territory).
I
added some aftermarket items which
improve the look of the kit : Cutting
Edge cockpit, vacformed canopy from Squadron, self made decals and some
stencil in Spanish from FCM decals.

For
painting, I used a combination of Model Master Enamels, Acrilic Vallejos
and Alclad II for the metallic zones. For the weathering I applied
pre-shading, then applied the colours of the camouflage, and then I
lightened some areas such panels and others and finally a wash with oil
paints to highlight
the panel lines.
The
next picture is a composition done with Photoshop, made by my good friend
Alvaro Troncoso. I think that it looks great.
