I recently had
the pleasure of visiting the IPMS Cyprus model show held in Skali,
Aglantzia, on the outskirts of the Capital, Nicosia. The show is held in
what are some ancient caves in a hillside overlooking the city, a very
pleasant venue indeed. I think there are only approx 100 members in IPMS
Cyprus, but they are a very talented bunch of guys who produce some high
quality models, and some very original subject matter too. Examples of
aircraft, armour, ships, figures, cars etc were all on display and as you
can see from the pics they were of a superb standard. Genuine model
building talent. It may also be worth pointing out that some of the IPMS
Cyprus membership are regular visitors and competitors at the Modelworld
show held in the UK.

So, many thanks
to the guys at IPMS Cyprus, Stelios, Kikis, Louis and all of the other
members (my appologies to the rest of the membership, I do not know all of
your names!) for putting on such a superb show, it was thoroughly
enjoyable. It was a pleasure to attend. I certainly look forward to
attending the next one!!
