Designed
by the Saulino Aviation Emporium and Programming School, the
Frapit Earwig Mark II is a very unique fighter for the 21st Century: A Flying
Boat!
Realing many countries may have little money fro airbases, but lots of coastline, Saulino Aviation made the Frapit Earwig completely seaworthy.
The top mounted air intake kept spray out of the engine and the wingtip tanks also functioned as floats. 2 Sidewinder missiles were complimented by a 20
mm gun and 2 underwing hardpoints.
One of the first countries to adopt the Frapit Earwig was DANZA, the Democratic Alliance of New Zealand and Antarctica. Formed by disenchanted
Kiwis, tired of the gross incompetence of their government, the held a bloodless coup and began to expand their new efficient government. Allying
with the colonies in Antarctica, the new country was known as DANZA.

Adopting the penguin as their symbol was easy for
the Kiwis, having had previously used the Kiwi Bird, another flightless fowl! The first conflict that the Frapit Earwig was to serve in was the Cook Islands Conflict of 2015. US forces in the area were to stop the DANZA forces from aiding a new government in the Cook Islands, and the Frapit
Earwigs were to be nasty surprise to the SuperBug pilots. Hiding in coves and bays, they were almost impossible to spot on the surface, and were
often only detected once attacking a flight of F-18E's. Although the conflict
was short, the Frapit Earwigs did account well for themselves.
Seen here is the Frapit Earwig of T. Hamilton, renowned Ford Falcon racer from
pre-war days. Her final score in the conflict came to 4 F-18s
and 2 C-22s.
