The MIG-25 is a beast of an aeroplane, and its a pretty huge model in
1:48th! The kit goes together with hardly any problems, despite it's complicated looking assembly.
I built it from the box, only adding a pilot figure from Aerobonus.
The pilot is cast integrally with the ejector seat and is a very fine piece of casting.

The model was painted using Humbrol enamels. The model was pre-shaded with dark grey which was used to marble the whole airframe before I sprayed the light grey over the top.
Weathering was done with washes of Raw Umber oil paint, and highlighting panel centres with lighter
greys.
