This is my Shoki (Tojo) flown by Warrant Officer Makoto Ogawa of 1st Chutai, 70th Sentai from the Kashiwa Air Base in China in May - June of 1945. He went on to shoot down seven B-29s and 3 P-51s and lives today as a business man in Tokyo.

A straight forward kit, no putty, no fuss. Just had to cut open the cockpit side walls and add the antenna wire. All Vallejo acrylics.

The grass mat is Czech model-scene-Meadow-late summer-tall and the Kamikaze resin figures from Legend a Russian cottage industry.
