Here is my Revell reboxing of the old Monogram F-84F kit. I built it completely out-of-the-box, as the kit has a great level of detail throughout - both in the cockpit and around the airframe. Paints used are all enamels, from Revell and Humbrol. Weathering consists of a light pre-shading of the top colours as well as a panel line wash (also enamels). Gloss coats, in preparation for decals, and flat coats are acrylics.

I used the kit decals, which are quite extensive in number and of very good quality. Even the larger ones settled down nicely with a bit of decal softener.
The model is finished in the colours of the Royal Belgian Airforce, 23th Sqn, 10th Wing - stationed at Kleine Brogel AB in Belgium, around 1960.
