Here comes my first Hasegawa-Eggplane. Initially bought as a little motivation-project it was quite more than that. Those "Eggs" have a very good fit, this Hornet was built without need of putty, just a bit sanding on the "Eggcrafts" nose.

Compensating all the strict replications on other models, I really enjoyed building a model entirely "what if". And if you're going to do something, then do it! So I decided to apply an unique tiger-scheme mixed with the decals coming with the kit.

After a layer of primer, I applied Revell "Lufthansa yellow" with an airbrush, then came the most lengthy part of the build: painting the tiger-scheme with Humbrol black and a brush, followed by bringing the decals in place and seal the entire model with a layer of clear coat.

I hope you enjoy the pics as much as I enjoyed the build! Will definately not be my last Eggplane..
