Hello, fellow modelers and readers. I want to share some photographs of models exposed at the XIII Master Hobby Show that took place in Caracas , Venezuela , on June 11 and 12, 2011. The Master Hobby Show is an annual event organized by the Club de Modelismo (Modelers Club) 2000. I’ll show the photographs in several articles.

In this article I’m showing models of ships, dioramas and vignettes. I was surprised by the fact that there were more models of submarines than of other kinds of ships. I think that’s because on one hand submarine models are simpler to build, and on the other hand their scales allow the modeler to add more detail in a simpler way. I also included a photo of a representation of the Eiffel tower. Although I’m almost sure it wasn’t a kit model, it was an eye catcher in the “modeling France” area of the show.

I hope you’ll enjoy the photographs. Greetings from Caracas , Venezuela .
