Here I have a 1/72 F/A-18D by Hasegawa.  I decided to do the Blue Angel 7 motif. Although the Bu No. is that of an F/A-18B, the Blues now fly the C and D model. This kit started life as a Marine F-18D, but I needed a 2 seat Blue Angel to complete my shelf. The decals are from CAM, which are a great choice for any model, highly recommended for any scale. The kit is all OOB, no major mods, except for the Blue Angel 2 seat version, alot of cutting and repositioning of the decals went on. Overall, the design came out perfect and the plane looks awesome.

Model Master has a great Blue Angel Blue and yellow that can be used. Its a perfect match for the real show birds. Well ARC, enjoy my F/A-18D Blue Angel 7.

Next project, maybe an F-18 from VMFA-232 Red Devils.
