This is my P-38 From Hasegawa.  I did have a little problem with alignment with the wings and engine nacelles but was able to work it out while the glue was drying. This is a OOB (out of box) build other than the decals. They are "Pick your Noseart" (unfortunately  no longer available).

Painting was done using Testor's Model Masters paints and and Aztec airbrush. The weathering was done using hard artist chalk, scrapped to a dust and brushed on, then sealed with a coat of Testor's Dull Coat.

The model has been entered in several local model shows and has won a honorable mention, 3rd and 2nd place.
