The Model:
This is the AR234 nightfighter by Hobbycraft in 1/48, the only kit available in 48th scale at all.
Building this kit was easy without any bad surprises, cutting out a part of the fuselage for the radar-operators canopy was the only mess. It is build straight out of the box. I would like to do another one with more cockpit details, if I could get one! The Antenna is made by wire and the radar-antenna could be improved like this also....next time. Figures are from Preiser. Diorama selfmade of cartonage and some wood...those "bunker-pics" are shot on location....in my
glass-vitrine ;-)
