Well here it is my 31 squadron Belgian Air Force F16! Isn’t she a beauty....a real neat aeroplane.

Anyway this kit for the price it is offered at is a real treat! It went together beautifully with only minor use of filler (well actually barely any at all).

Cockpit detail provided with the kit is limited, but for the experienced and yet still ‘happy with the basics’ modeller was adequate and hey! I got the canopy closed! Plenty of room for improvement though for those of you who like to modify your kits.

The model is fully hand painted using good old Humbrol paints.

Decals, what a pain to put on! These are the kit decals.  They were really fiddely, but I got them on in the end. Quality wise they’re not bad, but for those perfectionists of you, there is a rather nice set of replacement Daco decals, for £10ish. If I were going to make the model again, I’d go for them! Not only because of the quality, but because I do not think that the colour difference between the decal and the fuselage colour is so visible when using these decals, where as it shows up a little on my model. Well that just about completes my small review.

Now buy it! You’ll like it!
