WW1 Events - this date in  1916

Andreas ‘Goggo’ Gordes gets things started on this Memorial Day with his very attractive 1/48 Hasegawa A-4B.  This is a USN bird with VA-86 Sidewinders in a very colorful paint scheme and Andreas is kind enough to include B&W color charts to help you with B&W photos.  Andreas has displayed his Skyhawk on a carrier deck diorama, which looks excellent.  Beautiful work Andreas.

Omar Quintero has done an outstanding job on his 1/48 Italeri S-3B Viking.  Omar added a resin cockpit and then scratchbuilt the electronic bay and added great looking detail to the weapons and landing bays.  This was all followed up by a fantastic weathering job to show this USN bird as it would during carrier operations.  I truly enjoy seeing this Viking on ARC.  It's always a treat seeing your work on ARC Omar.

No product articles today out of respect for Memorial Day.
