This decal sheet by Maestro Models Conversions give you 2 sets of different markings for one C-46 Commando served in the UK with the British Overseas Airways Corporation (today's British Airways).

British Overseas Airways Corporation (BOAC) was the British state-owned airline created in 1940 by the merger of Imperial Airways and British Airways Ltd and continued operating overseas services throughout World War II. After the passing of the Civil Aviation Act of 1946, European and South American services passed to two further state-owned airlines, British European Airways (BEA) and British South American Airways (BSAA). BOAC absorbed BSAA in 1949, but BEA went on to operate the UK's domestic and European routes for the next quarter century. A 1971 Act of Parliament merged BOAC and BEA with effect from 31 March 1974, forming today's British Airways. (Wikipedia)

The particular aircraft featured on this decal sheet was repainted at some stage so there are two different kinds of letters supplied. With and without white border.

Decals are of a very high quality and are printed by Eduard.  They appear thin with very good colour coverage and in perfect registration.  The decal sheet also includes the side passenger windows.

The aircraft featured on this decal sheet is finished in a WW2 camo scheme as this airline continued to provide service to the far off colonies of the British Empire during the war.

It is an excellent decal sheet with a wonderful choice of markings.
