This new decal sheet from Cutting Edge Modelworks includes markings for two different 1/48 B-26 Marauders.

The first aircraft is a B-26C-45-MO Marauder serial number 42-107733 with the 320 BG with the 444 BS.  This plane is overall bare metal/silver in appearance with 42 Medium Green ovrerspray on the upper surfaces and the anti-glare panel appears to be Olive Drab or black.  The forward engine cowl ring is red with red on the leading edge of the engine cowling as well as the prop centre.   The nose art is a red and white sharks mouth and a stunning topless Brunette wearing high heels in a reclining position with the yellow text "My Darling".  The artwork for this aircraft has a white decal to go underneath the noseart decal.

The second plane is is a B-26C-45-MO Marauder serial number 42-107542 with the 344 BG with the 494 BS.

This plane was flown by Lt. B. W. Seth from Stanstead, England in Early 1944.  This plane appears to be Olive Drab on top and Neutral Grey on the underside.  The nose art features a young lady in a 1940's style 2 piece bathing suit with the yellow text "Mary Ann".  The artwork for this aircraft has a white decal to go underneath the noseart decal.

The noseart decals are delicate and two are included for each plane in case you mess up the first ones.  Exacting instructions are included on how to prepare and install these decals…..read these instructions carefully to avoid disaster.  Apparently these noseart decals are very thin and need special care, but once installed they will look very accurate and realistic.  The nose art decals are printed on a one piece decal sheet, so you’ll need to cut the decal free from the rest of the decal film…..patience is the key here.  The noseart decal is beautifully printed with fantastic detail and lovely shading.

The instructions are clear and include 2 views of each aircraft and an extra 3 pages of text instructions showing decal placement is

included with a small bit of info about both the planes as well as helpful tips for decal application.  Unfortunately the text instructions relate to a different decal sheet, but the info about decal application is helpful none the less.

A very nice decal sheet and  sure to please the lucky 300 people that manage to buy one of these limited edition sheets.
