Italian WWII
aircraft are well known for their intricate camouflage patterns that pose a
challenging task to the dedicated modeler. Fortunately, Hasegawa's Macchi 202
kit series is well done and relieves the modeler from agonizing over the
construction features, thus reaching the painting part fresh and motivated.

This is an out of
the box model with some detailing, such as engine piping, new wing machine guns
and more. The model represents the mount of Franco Lucchini fighter ace that had
its starboard wing replaced with a later production machine.
