Luft 76

This is Germany's ultimate Mistel composite aircraft project "Wagner", little known and buried deep in the RLM files...until now. Conceived for projected long range attacks on North America, The protracted time frame for development was to have coincided with the American Bi-centennial.

I used Academy's 288th scale "Nasa Transport" for this "what if/probably not" aircraft combo. Aside from the spurious markings of a Luftwaffe Field Testing Unit, I added Rocket assisted take off bottles and a remotely controlled 50mm cannon for rear defense. This model was a relaxing break from other "more researched" projects. Thanks for checking it out!
