This unique
paintwork was applied to one of the Hungarian Air Force's Mi-24 helicopter. She
received the nickname "Csőrike" (Tweetie) and was repainted for
the Szentkirályszabadja Airshow held in 2000, Hungary. Currently the plane can
be found in the Aircraft museum of Szolnok, Hungary.
The model was finished in 2003, using the Monogram kit, Cobra Company resin
cockpit set and scratch built items for interior, engine exhausts and infra-trap
just to name a few areas.

I used Humbrol and Revell enamels
for the camouflage using a brush.
The fine transitions between the
colors were achieved by using pastell chalk and "Derwent Artist"
artists' pencils and lacquer thinner for washing the colors together.
