For your viewing pleasure, here's one of my latest builds: the famous Me262 A-1a piloted by Hans Guido Mutke. Mutke landed at Dubendorf, Switzerland, on 25 April 1945 short on fuel after a combat mission, although it cannot be ruled out that he might have decided to defect.

The only aftermarket parts in this model are a Quickboost Revi 16B gunsight and Eduard photoetch seatbelts. All other details in the cockpit, undercarriage and gun bays are scratchbuilt. Paints are Gunze RLM 81-82-76, except for the replaced inspection panel on the fuselage's righthand side, which I imagined donated by a hangar queen "dressed" in RLM 74-75...

After the war, "Weissen 3" was handed over to Germany where she can now be admired at the Deutsche Museum in Munich.

Thanks for looking!

Best,
