Hi, it's been a long time since my last post, think I'm a bit lazy, but this time I could not let it go! The Trumpeter kit is a nice one except for the two major flaws, clear parts (canopy and windshield) and the intake.

But thanks to the Zactoman and his terrific skills, there is a nice resin set to correct these flaws and it really adds up.  Since I got the kit for a fair price, I decided to go all out with the resin. The avionic bays and the wheel wells plus the cockpit interior are all from Aires.

Painting is a mix of Humbrol, Tamiya and Model Master.  I did some pre shading before the gray and white and a wash with some Tamiya Smoke in the panel lines. I love doing my wash with Tamiya Smoke because it's not as opaque as black and is more subtle.

Hope you like the results and see you in a couple of years! Cheers!
