This Focke Wulf 190 was the plane of the German ace Hannes Trautloft that was used during WWII on the eastern front during the winter of 1942.

This was my first experience with 1/48 scale and I enjoyed it.  The kit is really good and easy to build, only have to be careful with the assembly of the wings and engine's cowling.  My model is built out of the box, and I only added by scratch building the cockpit belts and the landing gear wires.

I hope you like it!
