Just wanted to share
a mini project that I worked on in-between aircraft projects. I was curious about
the quality of Trumpeter figures since these remains the widespread belief that
they are generally inferior to their ship, aircraft and armor offerings. The
only way to find out is to actually build one of their kits.

I was pleasantly surprised
with the relatively high quality of this kit. The molding, proportion and
accuracy were all on the mark, however the pose seemed a little off. I
painted this figure entirely with Tamiya enamels since I'm still adjusting
to Vallejo acrylics.
Thank you to IPMS
Manila for the support that they gave in the completion of this project. I would
also like to thank those who gave kind remarks on www.manilatonight.com.
Cheers!
