This is a view of the emergency rudder fairing which covers the hydraulic servo that boosts the emergency rudder when activated by the pilot. The normal rudder is attached to the emergency rudder in tandem and the emergency rudder is attached to the fin. In the upper right of the photo the faired horns for the normal rudder can be seen. The large fairing on the left covers the emergency servo. The emergency rudder is used for single engine operation.
