OMACON 08 the Regional

MAY 16 & 17 2008

IPMS Ft Crook is your host for the 2008 Region 5 contest. OmaCon is agreat event and hosting the Region 5 contest will make this OmaCon thebest ever. A regional is a huge event and we have big plans for our day-and -a - half contest. The Mid-America Center is a first class facility for amodel contest -lots of room, great light, and conveniently located at thejunction of I-29 and I-80 in Council Bluffs, Iowa.

We've planned a great trophy package, Large vendor area and the region's best raffle! Ft.Crook will continue our tradition of honoring the men and women fighting the War on Terrorism with our America Strikes Back Award for the best American subject. Make the easy drive to Council Bluffs, Iowa, and join your fellow modelers at Region 5 Convention-OmaCon '08.

Contest Times:

• Friday 3:00-8:00 May 16
• Saturday 8:00 -5:00 May 17

Registration ends Saturday noon

Awards: Saturday 3:30
