Here's a review of a new
release from Two Bobs. This sheet features markings for four
complete aircraft from VF-126 are represented on this sheet; two A-4Ms
and two A-4Fs.
The first aircraft is a
USMC A-4M flown by Maj Bob "Jeckyll" Cottenell with
VF-126 in December 1992. This particular Skyhawk features a
gray/green camo scheme with a United States Navy Fighter Weapons School
badge at the top of both sides of the tail. Some of the markings
are in two shades to perfectly line up with the camo scheme, so careful
masking for the camo is critical.

US Navy A-4M with
VF-126. This particular Skyhawk features a gray/blue/gray camo scheme with a
Red Star at the top of both sides of the tail and imposed on the red
star is a frontal outline of a Skyhawk. Some of the decals on this
skyhawk are in multiple layers to ensure perfect regristration.
The third aircraft is a
US Navy A-4F with
VF-126 flown by LT MP "Dog" Mooney. This particular Skyhawk features a
gray/blue/gray camo scheme with a Gray Star at the top of both sides of the
tail and imposed on the red star is a frontal outline of a
Skyhawk. Some of the decals on this skyhawk are in multiple layers
to ensure perfect regristration.
The fourth aircraft is a US
Navy A-4F with
VF-126 flown by Lt MP "Dog" Mooney. This particular Skyhawk features a
green/tan/brown camo scheme with an Iraqi flag at the top of both sides of the
tail. The paint scheme of this aircraft is to simul;ate an Iraqi
jet. Some of the decals on this skyhawk are in multiple layers to

WOW......the selection of
very cool Skyhawks on this decal sheet is a pleasure to behold. I like
the fact you get USN birds, a USMC bird and even one painted up as an Iraqi
bird. No doubt about it, seeing this sheet would make anyone want to
build a Skyhawk.
