Bell AH-1J/T/W Sea Cobra

#72014  1/72 scale Decal sheet

Review by Steve Bamford (ARC Staff)

This decal sheet comes in 1/72 scale.  The decal sheet includes stencils for one of nine Sea Cobras, plus markings for the 9 different Apaches.  This decal sheet covers five Sea Cobras from Operation Desert Shield / Desert Storm as well as one Sea Cobra from Iran during the Iran/Iraq war as well as one from Operation Urgent Fury in Grenada and one from the multi-national force in Lebanon in late '83 to early '84.  The painting options include black Sharks Mouth on the Lebanon Multi-National force sea Cobra to a Bulls head on the Grenada Sea Cobra.  The quality of the sheet is good....excellent colours.....clear printing and completely in register and most of the stencil data for the 1/72 stencils are somewhat readable.  The instruction sheets include weapons load-out information.  I recommend this sheet to anyone looking for interesting options to the kit decals or for the modellers interested in Desert Storm markings.  Recommended kits are the 1/72 Italeri AH-1T; AH-1W or the Fujimi AH-1J.
