  Steve:

After reading about Hans-Joachim Marseille in William Yenne's Aces =
book, I had to build his plane.

Attached is Marseille's Bf109F--4 Trop flying over the North African =
desert. I picked up an older Hasegawa 1:48 kit at the Dallas IPMS Show =
last May and put it together recently. I built an old Revell 1:48 Flying =
Tiger several years ago. With some Photoshop trickery, I transformed =
that aircraft into a RAF Tomahawk that unfortunately tangled with =
Marseille.

Marseille's story is very interesting and so is the speculation about =
"what might have been" if he hadn't died so early in the war in an =
accident.
