Hi,  this is the 1/72 Monogram F-4 C/D Phantom kit. The kit was built out of the box. I added scratch build seatbelts which I made with masking tape.

Most of the parts fit fine, but I had some troubles filling a gap after I glued the air intakes to the side of the fuselage. I also had some troubles gluing the tail wings. I used MM paints on my model. I used MM Dark Green mixed with some drops of MM Medium Green for darker green. MM Medium green with some OD Green for the medium green and MM DarkTan mixed with  a few drops of Sand and 3 of yellow. Also used Aluminum Alclad II and Metalizer paint for the silver part on the tail wings.

Decals were a pain, because they had too much clear film on it, so I had to cut as close as possible to decal to avoid silvering. I used black and brown pastel chalks to weather my model, and finally sealed it with Testors Dullcote.

Hope you like it. Regards,

Franz Galli
